Since Brad was admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1990, he has concentrated primarily on bankruptcy and workout matters. Brad routinely represents banks and other financial institutions in commercial collection litigation, bankruptcy and other insolvency proceedings and workout negotiations. He also has extensive experience representing commercial debtors, trustees, committees, landlords and other constituencies in complex, Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.

Brad’s focus in every matter is to obtain an excellent result for his client as promptly and efficiently as possible. Brad believes that every matter entrusted to him is unique and deserving of his fullest attention. Brad prides himself on being accessible to his clients and keeping them informed of developments in their matters, and he regards client satisfaction as the only true measure of success.
