Benjamin H. Groff

As an experienced attorney and public affairs professional, Ben works to find a way to victory for diverse client interests as part of our Public Affairs practice group.  He has a strong track record of delivering for clients in the public policy, transportation, and clean tech fields, among others.    

Committed to doing work that matters and taking on issues and clients that will be truly transformational for the community at large, Ben has comprehensive expertise and real-world skills leading political and issue campaigns.  He’s worked to build and nurture stakeholder engagement and has nuanced understanding of and expertise with policy development and strategic communications.  Within our team, he has a special focus on media production.  His relationship-based, practical approach to communicating on an issue and finding tailored solutions has led to meaningful success for our clients.  

Prior to his work in public affairs, Ben worked in marketing and sales for a solar energy installer. He graduated from Maryland Carey Law and is admitted to the Maryland bar.
