Marianna M. Jasiukaitis is an associate in the insurance benefits litigation practice group of Funk & Bolton, P.A.

Ms. Jasiukaitis is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law, where she served simultaneously as a Business Editor on the University of Baltimore Law Review and a Submissions Editor on the ILS International Law Journal.  Ms. Jasiukaitis was a member of the International Law Society and a research assistant for Professor Byron L. Warnken and Professor Craig Martin.  Ms. Jasiukaitis practiced as a Rule 16 Attorney for the University of Baltimore Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she successfully represented two clients in affirmative asylum cases.

During law school, Ms. Jasiukaitis interned at Warnken, LLC, Hermina Law Group, and in the Office of Chief Counsel at the United States Mint.  She also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Marvin J. Garbis at the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and the Honorable Marcus Z. Shar at the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.

Ms. Jasiukaitis is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute.
