Tamal A. Banton is an associate in the Baltimore office of Funk & Bolton, P.A. and is a member of the firm's Local Government Practice Group, concentrating in litigation and contract matters.
A California native, prior to attending law school, Mr. Banton worked briefly as a teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School District.
Prior to his association with Funk & Bolton, Mr. Banton worked alongside Maryland State Senator Clarence Mitchell IV as a political assistant on the 2002 Democrats for Ehrlich campaign.
Mr. Banton is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association.
