Michael D. Gorfinkle is an associate in the commercial litigation practice group of Funk & Bolton, P.A. in the firm's Baltimore office.
Prior to joining Funk & Bolton, Mr. Gorfinkle was an associate at the international law firm Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP, where he developed extensive experience defending Fortune 500 companies in a variety of litigation matters.
Mr. Gorfinkle is a cum laude graduate of the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he served on the Catholic University Law Review. He is the co-author of "Pleading & Proving Loss Causation in § 10(b) Credit Crisis Cases," Securities Litigation Report, May 2008.
Mr. Gorfinkle is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia.
